Suggest to improve the current Table Of Contect with 
the following function:

Click on the page number or title in TOC, then users can jump to the linked in 
the document, i.e. hyperlink function.

This function is already there in OOo1.0.3. Go to edit TOC and choose
the tab entries. Click before the part, that shall become a hyperlink,
than click on button hyperlink, then click behind the part and than on
the botton hyperlink again.
