Description robert.kinsella 2003-05-29 16:16:20 UTC
OO.org 1.1beta2

Select, tools - options - security
The OpenOffice.org Basic Script gives the user an option to
run macro - always, never or according to path list.

The "Run Macro" text would be described better as "Run Document Macro" as these
security settings only effect macros contained in documents.

Comment 2 bettina.haberer 2004-01-30 20:44:24 UTC
Yes it makes sense to change it for clearness. I take it on reminder.
Comment 3 bettina.haberer 2004-04-08 20:24:01 UTC
According to the Options-Dialog rework, this issue is obsolete.
Comment 4 duncan.foster 2004-04-14 10:37:40 UTC
In which milestone/CWS is this rework to be found? Is there a link to the spec??
Comment 5 bettina.haberer 2004-05-13 14:38:58 UTC
Hello Duncan, in one of both specs it is described, I got these two link from
Frank, who is working on macro security. Please have a look into the specs. The
milestone is the 8 (OO.o 2.0).
Comment 6 duncan.foster 2004-05-13 14:45:39 UTC
What specs? What links? neither are mentioned in this issue. Please clarify.

Sorry Duncan, here they are (I just did not empty the clipboard (means paste)):

and
http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/security/Specification_for_Macro_Security.sxw
