* open a new text document
* display an arbitrary data source table in the data source browser (e.g.
Bibliography/biblio)
* drag'n'drop an arbitrary column into the text document, pressing Ctrl-Shift,
this way creating a form control
* add a checkbox to the document
* switch off the form design mode in the document
=> the form is loaded
* press the "form as table" button in the navigation tool bar
=> the table view of the form opens. It contains not only a column for the
properly bound control, but also an empty column for the checkbox which is not
bound to any database table field.
Expected is that unbound controls are not used in the table view.

fs->fs: need to check if this only affects the checkbox, or other
unbound controls, too
