After installation in 1.1Beta2, the names for the
OpenOffice.org programs in the menus for Windows
aren't right.
ie.  You get:
Drawing, From Template, HTML Document, Open Document,
Presentation, Spreadsheet, Text Document

These aren't the names of the programs at all.
In 1.0.3, the correct program names were added to
the program menu, ie:
Calc, Draw, Global, HTML Editor, Math
Impress, Setup, Writer

OOo 1.0.3.1 has e.g 'OpenOffice.org Writer', OOo 1.1 beta2 has just
'Text Document'. Should this be renamed like in OOo 1.0.x?

I'm reopening this one since I don't understand the comment
about why it was closed.

On XP, OOo is showing the names of the document types that
could be opened in the program menu instead of the names of the 
programs themselves.

There is no other program I know of that does this, it breaks
all styles, and it looks sloppy.  OOo 1.0.3 didn't do it this
way either.

This renaming is OK. No bug.
