Description maxkennedy 2003-06-01 18:41:02 UTC
When installing, uninstalling, reinstalling OpenOffice 1.1Beta2,
I noticed that the defaults for the Radio buttons that
need to be checked or unchecked to choose which document
types that OpenOffice.org automatically opens randomly
changed. Ie. The default to automatically open Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint documents was sometimes checked, and
sometimes not.

With OOo 2.0 we are going to move the file association to the option
settings.
Comment 2 Olaf Felka 2003-09-08 12:08:20 UTC
We will change the installation for OOo 2.0 completly. Filetype
settings will move to Tools | Options. I think it makes more sense to
have them there.
That's why it's a 'won't fix' issue.
Comment 3 Olaf Felka 2003-09-08 12:08:52 UTC
Will completely change for OOo 2.0.
