Description peter.junge 2001-08-24 10:13:53 UTC
Hi,
in the previous version of Issuezilla there was a small text box beneath
NEW|Query...|My issues to access a specific BugID. This was the most used
navigation feature in the Calc QS team. Now you have to invoke a query and enter
the BugID somewhere in the middle. (If there's an easier way then it's hidden
very good.) For us it's a massive decrease of usibility.
Regards, Peter

Hi,

I recall the feature you are referring to. This box appears on the
main page of Issuezilla http://www.openoffice.org/project_issues.html
at the bottom of the OpenOffice.org Issues section, but has become a
bit harder to find on the query page.

I have entered this feature request internally as pcn5640 for
evaluation and to determine if it will be a feature included in futore
releases.

Thank you
Kat

Reassigning these to support. Here's the current process, for those who weren't
at the CollabNet/OpenOffice meeting this week:

1) OpenOffice members should assign new issues to issues@www.openoffice.org (the
default owner).
2) Louis will to through new issues and assign them to support@openoffice.org or
himself.
3) I will look at new issues, "accept" them, and begin work on them.
4) Issues will remain assigned to support@openoffice.org as the CollabNet team
works on them- that way the whole support team is kept abreast of changes, and
support engineers other than myself can help out if necessary.

Thanks!
Taska
