New user brochure

This is a color, quarter-fold, brochure for new users of OOo. The audience is anyone--businesspeople, home users, companies, or other organizations--who has no knowledge, or very little, of open source in general and OOo specifically. It attempts to succinctly present the key concepts of both open source and the OOo project, as well as the rationale for choosing OOo over proprietary software. It is intended to elicit interest from someone who has never heard of these concepts so that they pursue this interest further, ideally through the OOo project. It is not intended for businesspeople already familiar with open source.
