load http://www.ccsd1.k12.wy.us/presentation.sxi (75 MB presentation containing
only pictures) and save the document with a different name:

1st problem: VM size grows up to 650 MB when saving the file. 
2nd problem: The application is not available for about one minute after saving
but the system is idle

fixed 1st problem
second problem is a lot better now, but since its actually the time to
copy the 75mb from temporary storage to target document we can't
improve much here
