Text appears on-screen in correct font, and will export to PDF correctly, but if
printed the whole page will appear in Symbol.  Images set to No Wrap don't seem
to cause this.

Has manifested with HP LaserJet 1000 and Canon S520 bubblejet.

Have only reproduced this on approx. 4/5 tests; multipage documents with
image-free pages seem happier, and may work again when enough text is deleted to
bring back to a single page.  Have also noticed that sometimes (changing
paragraphs and wrap options) the font is fine, but letterspacing is messed up.

Please provide a bugdoc to reproduce. Just use the link "Create a new
attachment" above.
In general there is no problem with this feature.
I've print once with page wrap and once with conture wrap, it works.
