Description mmelchior 2003-06-09 15:03:49 UTC
Open writer, create a flow chart symbol with a bezier curve in it.
Then both the Bezier Object Bar and the Draw Object Bar are appropriate
and can be switched by clicking on the right side arrow in the object bar.
Now select the drawing and make the Bezier Object bar the current one.

Now, whenever you change the selection between this drawing and some text
on that page, the page will move abount 1mm up or down. This is annoying,
and can be avoided by making all bars that share a UI area be the same height.

Please avoid moving the page when the selection changes.

SBA: Changed component to "Framework". Reassigned to Thorsten.

TM->mmelchior: Please check, if this problem still occurs in a RC5
(1.1 Final), due to the fact, that this issue wasn´t reproducible in
such a newer version. Thanks !

Yes, this works correct in OOo1.1.0

While testing this I discovered a new problem with "Curve" drawing:

Do the following:
- Select 'Draw Function' Curve
- Move mouse pointer to start of curve
- press button 1, keep it pressed
- move mouse to draw some line of ~5 cm.
- lift button 1, do not move mouse
- press button 1, avoid double click
- move mouse
---- this will unexpectedly insert a control point at
     top left of display area....

Issue 21479 created with this problem.

TM->mmelchior: Please be so kind and file a new issue
(component=drawing) according to your new and different problem. This
one could be set to "fixed". Thanks !
