On Linux, export of presentations slides as gif fails. On Windows, it works 
perfectly.

Sorry this is not reproduceable here. Can you please try to export
something from Draw to gif? Does the same error happen? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for this delay.

The same error occurs while exporting from draw to gif. But only on 
linux platform.

Sorry, but I have tested this all over again and it works. I think
there must be something wrong with your installation. Please reinstall
or use another installation set. Thanks for your help. If you find new
information for reproducing the issue please feel free to reopen it.
