When importing a graphic into writer (Insert->graphics->From File) and
the graphic is is invalid (see issue 9357 for an example) writer doesn't give
a warning, but silently closes the import dialog.

Draw gives a messagebox with "Unknown graphics format" as error, which is much
better.

HI->OS: We have a little regression here. PP3 shows the error message
like "Unknown graphic format"
Graphic is taken from issue 9357.
