version: OOo 1.1rc2

Steps to reproduce:
- open attached sxi file
- zoom in
- scroll horizontally or vertically

Expected behavior: blue background correcly shown
Current behavior: in some places, the blue background is not refreshed, a white
one is laid instead.

Sorry, but this is not reproduceable here. Thanks for the detailed
description and the screenshots. This might be a problem of the
graphic card driverwith some timing problems....
Thanks for your help anyway. Please feel free to reopen the issue if
you have further information.
