Opening ppt file causes OOo to crash.

When I try to load the file with PowerPoint I get the message 
"PowerPoint can't open <Path\File.ppt> because part of this file is
missing."
The file seems to be broken.
When I load the file with OpenOffice.org whatever version I get a Main
memory shortage.
Please have a look.

SJ->CGU: This Issue should be closed. For sure it is a bug if a
program is crashing, but the bugdoc is incomplete and it is not
acceptable to examine a process which is based on an previously
happened unreproducible error.

According to SJ we can't fix the bug because the document is broken.
I change the resolution to invalid and close the issue.
