OO asks to save unmodified file (it hasn't been printed)

OO asks to save opened MS Word document, when I try to close the file. No modifications have been made, the document haven't been printed too. The problem is as it was described in the bug 12914, but that one was closed (the file modification flag after printing is _another_ issue). The file itself is attached for the bug 15506. Note, try to open the file via OO menu, not Windows explorer. Internaly this problem has been posted as the bug http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=15544 . I've been told OO makes internal conversions at the file opening. So here is an enhancement request. The reasons are presented below. A user don't mind OO has made any _internal_ transformations. He's simply opened the file to look through, and _he_ hasn't made any changes to the file. There can be 2 different cases. 1. If OO wants to _correct_ the invalid file (but this cannot be applied to MS Word file), it can ask user to save the file _in_order_to_correct_it_. So the purpose of this saving must not be mispresented to the user. 2. If the corrections are not required, no saving must be done or asked at all. This is no doubt from user's point of view.
