Well what is in the toc is not actually "wrong". In word rightclick in
the toc and "update field"->update entire table and word will
regenerate the table to have the same no of entries as we do. This
.doc has an out of date toc and we always update the toc on importing
(and other fields)

cmc->mru: Agree no problem with the filter's current toc import here ?

If we wanted to keep the same look as word we might be able to import
the exact content of the word's toc as manual entered content in the
toc, but I don't see this as much use as the toc is then fairly
useless, and will be replaced as soon as "update toc" is called by the
user anyway.

Yes, I fully agree. When the TOC is updated in WW, it shows the same
entries as Writer does. Writer MUST actualize the TOC on import, it is
not possible in another way, due to the different concepts in WW and
OO Writer.

Closed, because not a bug.
