Description maison.godard 2003-07-01 08:19:30 UTC
Hi,

this probleme has been tested on Win2K, OO1.1Beta2, FrenchVersion

When using the SUMIF (Somme.SI in french) throught the formula helper, after
filling th different fields the formula is generated

If the conditionnal statement contains a string, the formula encloses it in
simple quotes leading to misinterpretation of the formula (sum is always 0)
=SOMME.SI(A2:A10;'dummy';C2:C10)

Replacing single quotes by a double quote characters gives the good result, the
function is evaluated
 =SOMME.SI(A2:A10;"dummy";C2:C10)
