(f'up of issue 11081)

- Load attached file (should be in oline layout)
- zoom fast back an forth with a wheel mouse
-> reepaint is veeeery slow and CPU usage goes to 100%

According to the OpenOffice.org roadmap 
(http://tools.openoffice.org/releases) this issue was retargeted to 
OOo Later.

OD: 
For zooming in online layout the document has be formatted, because of
the changed page width, and formatting takes some time. We will have a
look, if we could improve the response time, when the user 'stresses'
the document in online view with multiple zooming events.
