In sw,create new document with opening textgrid.
open the new document in sw again after closed it,then do nothing and saveas it 
to ms word file.open the new ms word file in ms word,the textgrid option is not 
checkd.

Please try using the latest OOo 1.1 Rc4, 
Your version already old enough, and many bug fixes since your version 
and 1.1 RC4. If the problem still happend in 1.1 RC4 please report back 
and Feel free to reopen it again.

The Grid can only be activated, when the Asian Language support is
enabled in "Tools.Options.Language settings".

But AFAICS the export to Word format of this works. The grid is not
visible in Word, because it does not able to make the grid visible as
in OO Writer.
