The message numbers listed for the dev@qa.openoffice.org mailing list is wrong.

For example, on the dev@qa.openoffice.org web interface the July 2003 message
from Dan Kegel with the subject of "Volunteer Privileges" has a message number
of 1256.

However, the header of the message indicates it actually has the message number
of 1260.  

A test can be performed by sending a dev-get.1256@qa.openoffice.org mailing list
command.  The message received and the message on the web interface with the
number of 1256 are 2 different messages.

Turns out it's a known issue.
