Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 1665
Accounting application should be added to the OpenOffice - as a total business application!
Last modified: 2003-03-11 18:15:26 UTC
First of all - I don't know if this is the right place to put this - but anyway im doing it ;-) In my 8-16 job, I work with business applications for Ledger/Debtor/Vendor/Purch/Order/MPS etc. My idea is, if OpenOffice (or is it still called StarOffice - so I will call it OpenOffice) should have a major breakthrough on Linux - you need a Accounting application. The core of this application should be build into the OpenOffice, using it's native/java language, but end-user changes should be made i Java. This was a quick issue - but I would like responses .... /Erling Damsgaard
Hi Falko! This is yours. Uwe
Since we do office productivity suite with a full blown API this would be the work for a third party vendor.
