Description Unknown 2003-07-12 20:19:55 UTC
I am having trouble opening spreadsheet files with OOo1.1 beta 2. I can open
spreadsheets made using Star Office 5.0 but when I save them with the OO1.1
format and try to reopen them, I get the error that reads, "error loading
document file ://..test.xcs: read-error. An unknown error has occurred."

Does anyone know how to remedy this problem. I know it is not an installation
issue since it is happening on two computers that I have running a network
installation.

Thank you.
Jeff

Hi.

Would you please share with us 1 or more of your files? There should
be a hyperlink above where you can add attachments that says, "Create
a new attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)".

Comment to others: I'm adding the "oooqa" keyword.

Regarding this issue: I would like to know if this problem has been
resolved in the latest build of OO1.1 beta 2? According to Oliver
Craemer, build number 110006 has addressed the problem. Has if been
released to the public?
Comment 6 Unknown 2003-07-15 21:21:12 UTC
