This enhancement describes a toolbar or similar tear-off window that would allow
the easy display of all layers in a list, with checkboxes to provide
single-click changes to visible/print/lock properties. The benefit of such an
approach is to make working with layers faster and easier, and similar to
Photoshop. This could potentially be done through navigator, although others
more experiences with Draw may say that this contrary to the purpose of navigator.

I love the layer concept becouse it makes esear to work with complex  drawings.
But I thing that the way you have implemented it should have to be improved.

It shold have to be esiear to hide/show the layers
It should have to be easier to move the objects from a layer to another.

This enhancement would be a great addition to openoffice. It would speed up
working significantly.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
