The archives of the dev@l10n.openoffice.org are not browsable, the system gives
an error message:

The requested URL /local-access-only/l10n/www/L10N-dev was not found on this
server.

please fix.

it would be nice if people closed issues when the problem is fixed...

As agreed by Louis I will close these resolved fixed support-owned issues now.
If you have trouble with that, please re-open the issue.
