Steps to reproduce:
0. open attached document "tablesize2.sxw"
1. try to resize 1rst (left) column: "drag and drop" right border of that column
   a little to the right
   expected: border will go a little to the right (2nd column will become 
   smaller), nothing else
   actual: as expected, but also the right border of the table comes a little to 
   the left

Right table border will stay if it is quite at the right border of the "usable
area" of the page.

The problem really drives you crazy when yo try to optimize the table 8because
(optimal column-width does not work so good)  :-(

Questions:
- Reproducible with other OS?

size in method <SwDoc::SetTabCols(..)>.
