It is impossible to browse project L10N mailing lists

I am not able to reproduce this behavior using the proper SC 
links, available from the project navbar.
See, thus: 
http://l10n.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectMailingListList

The links available via the box on the homepage should be 
deleted, as per instructions issued Sept. 1 on Project Leads 
mailing list and approved by Stefan T.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.

For technical reasons we have to move the issue to another subcomponent tan 'www'.
