XDarwin has incomplete Xkeyboard extension support.  This results in a message
being printed out the stderr every time XkbGetKeyboard() is called in
vcl/unx/source/app/keysymnames.cxx.  This error message slows down the drawing
of all menus in OOo considerably.

Therefore, it is disabled until XDarwin gets better Xkeyboard support.  This issue will track the 
Xkeyboard problems and hopefully address them when a solution arrives.

Looking for old issues, I have removed the hack in keysymnames.cxx (m162), and, using X11 (Apple), I 
don't see the problem anymore. Nothing in stderr either

Maybe because I tested on Mactel (fast machine, lot of memory) ? 

IMO -> Not sure this isssue is still valid
