The sort button for the data-sets for mail merge letter is not very clearly.

We have to buttons

Button 1               Button 2

A ... Z                Z ... A
------>                <------

Please have a look to the attached image "sortbuttons", which shows correct
buttons (in the background spreadsheet) and the wrong ones (mail merge data sort).

Mail merge data sort buttons should look like those in the spreadsheet toolbar.

We had recently a rebuild of each buttons. They will be eqal at OOo2.0
