the "http://www.openoffice.org/welcome/credits.html" in the about dialog should
clickable or at least selectable.

This maybe not so important, but nice if we can have it so I set later
and P5. 

maybe including updating the list, and making it catagory (but this is
www issue)

latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
