I listed SAIX b/c it had the files. If they have the files in the right place, then okay. 
They were delisted b/c they did not comply, for a while. I'd list them now and send 
them a nice note ;)

Hi,
saix rsyncs once a week (every Tuesday) from stardiv.
The problem is, that the connection times out sometimes, and it needs
a a full week until SAIX is up-to-date again.
You might want to ask Eddie (ftp@saix.net) to increase the frequency.
I would be glad to have saix as a good mirror in ZA.

I would suggest then to add SAIX to the mirror list, adding a comment
like *weekly update*

It's already listed, the first entry. I'm fine with a comment "weekly
update".
Would you contact ftp@saix.net and kindly ask, whether they have a
problem with a more frequent updates?

I see, my error, i was looking under "S" (like South Africa) instead
of "A"
I'll leave the issue open until i write and get a reply from SAIX.
I'll mark the issue as fixed once i get a reply (positive or negative)
about a more frequent sync.

Contacted Eddie, SAIX now updates twice a week and Eddie will check
for problems.
