Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 18781
OpenOffice mime type is not a legal mime type!
Last modified: 2012-03-18 09:03:26 UTC
Hi, I tried to attach an OpenOffice Writer file to an issue. The webpage was http://www.openoffice.org/issues/createattachment.cgi?id=18655 I first found it odd that attaching an OpenOffice file was not one of the immediate options. So, I selected "Other". When you select "Other", it asks you to include a Mime type. So, googling "mime type openoffice", I found that the writer mime type was "application/vnd.sun.xml.writer". But, when I put that in, the website complained that it wasn't a legal Mime type! Can you (1) allow the OpenOffice mime type and (2) make OpenOffice files as one of the avialable options? Thanks, Mike
