Description pplwong 2003-08-30 17:57:52 UTC
There're spacing problems in the installation program for zh-tw build. Some of
these problems appears in Windows version also, just not as clear as in SuSE 8.2.

1)1.1rc4_fontcfg_zh_tw_suse8.2.png:

a) Before "取消" in the content, it looks like there is extra space.
b) The ">>" after the "next step" button is not showing completely.

2) 1.1rc4_fontcfg_zh_tw_suse8.2_license3.png:

a) There is a "%" on the second line.
b) The button on the right is not large enough to show all the words.

3) 02_1.1rc4_fontcfg_zh_tw_suse8.2_javaexp.png:

a) The "back" button is not long enough to show all the words. (the first "<" is
half hidden)

Hi Herbert,
is it a font problem or do we have to change the setup GUI?
Comment 5 khirano 2003-09-01 05:14:41 UTC
> b) The ">>" after the "next step" button is not showing completely.

This is only the problem with the size of the button.

> a) There is a "%" on the second line.

This "%" should be another character? or just not necessary, which can
be deleted?

> b) The button on the right is not large enough to show all the words.
> a) The "back" button is not long enough to show all the words. (the
first "<" is
half hidden)

These are also the problems with the size of buttons.

With "取消", do you mean "Cancel"?
< > are needed to show before and after Cancel
and looks like <Cancel> ?
Comment 7 pplwong 2003-09-01 14:00:13 UTC
Yap. Totally correct.
Comment 8 hdu@apache.org 2003-09-24 09:10:04 UTC
HDU->DVO: please adjust the button sizes on these dialogs.
Comment 9 dirk.voelzke 2003-10-17 14:41:25 UTC
The button size will be calculated automaticly, but the accelerator
isn't taken into account.
Comment 10 dirk.voelzke 2004-06-24 13:31:18 UTC
For OOo 2.0 we will use native installers instead of our own setup. Therefor
this issue will not be fixed.
