I'm really in trouble with mailing list. 
Everytime I send a message it takes from 20 minutes to several hours depending
on the time of submission.
I've noticed the problem doesn't happen early in the morning so it seems an
overloading problem.

Another clue of this idea is the moderation of mailing list. Messages send from
peoples takes several time and when I accept the message still I've to wait the
same for the pubblication.

Moreover users of it.openoffice.org ML reported that they are able to send
messages from some relay servers while from others they receive a timeout error.
