The THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME readme is a html file. Paragraphs and
manual line breaks are taken as they were in the original files (txt
or html source files). I will not do pretty printing of the html
source, please use a html browser to look at.

If I want to patch that file (there are many typos there in RC4) The
patch is about 200kb... But OK. I will not provide changes in the form
of patch.
