images resize footer frame when moved above them

- open Writer
- paste an image (PrntScrn for example)
- anchor this image to page
- move this image above footer: footer resizes to include image

- move image back
- set wrap mode to wrap through
- move image above footer: footer frame stays as it is

- move back, set anchor to on page
- move image above footer
- footer frame resizes; set image wrap mode to wrap through
- move image back
- footer frame doesn't resize

Is this all the intended behaviour?

There is the logic "put x into y should should be achievable" but here: what
does the image anchored on page care where the footer frame or else is: its
position is unaffected from the others position. The footer may get hided but
this probably is the intent of the author then.

OOo should offer "print footer onto image".

Confirmed WinXPPro/OOo 1.1.0

Creating a new document and setting the default page style with the
footer on and the same for left/right pages, the footer area resized
only after the graphic (approximately 100 x 75 pixels, anchored to
page and wrap through) was actually placed in the footer (not above
the footer, as I understood your instructions to state). However,
once the graphic was removed from the footer, the footer area did not
return to its original state until after the document was saved,
closed and reopened.

After saving, closing and reopening the document, the footer area was
displayed in its original size, and returning the graphic to the
footer did NOT resize the area.

Also, attempting to reproduce this behavior on a second page, whether
or not the document was saved, was not successful.

To summarize -- I was able to reproduce this behavior only by
inserting the graphic inside the footer on the first page of the
document prior to saving it.
