When importing external data from text file...

Insert -> External Data...

(popup "External Data" appears) 
  click "..." to browse for file
  file selected 
  click "Insert"

(additional popup "Text Import - [filename]" appears)
  separated by options: "comma" and "other (=)" selected
  then click OK
  popup "Text Import" disappears

Problem: original popup "External Data" remains on screen but "OK" is not
available for clicking, so import is stuck at this point.  Only way to exit is
to click on "Cancel" which cancels the import process.

Hi,

what's about using find an Issue with Spreadsheet as component and
external as keyword in the summary field ? This will lead you to Issue
1834.
