In the Format menu there is a line command which allows the user to put a line 
of selected width, type, and color around an object such as a paragraph. 
However, this command does not work with JPEG photographs. There is a feature 
similar to this in PowerPoint which does work and which is very nice when 
putting together presentations containing a lot of photographs.

This issue has been fixed and works great in the version 2.0 beta.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
