staroffice build 8695 on mercury (suse linux)

in version 0.3 of the scripting framework there was an option to assign bindings
to script in the filesystem i.e. not in user or share directories, this
functionaltiy has been removed.

Fixed in m49, although not possible directly to assign scripts from the
filesystem it is possible to import scripts from the filesystem contained in uno
packages. This is the preffered mechanism for importing external content into office
