I tend to make a lot of named ranges in large spreadsheets.  It would be great if this dialog box 
could remain open, like the Stylist or Navigator. 
 
The range input box could either follow the selected cell as I move around the sheet, or it could 
only update (or allow me to select a cell) when I click in that input box)...

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
