If I do a non public upload, I'm not able to see this.
Does this make sense ?

Did you notice this behavior associated with a particular role?

Martin,
I checked the permissions for your role (Domain Admin) and noticed
that the Private Project Download permission was not listed.
Try adding the permission by:
1. Selecting Administer Roles from the My Start Page.
2. Select the role which you would like to have this permission.
(Domain Admin)
3. Select the "Add New Permission" link.
4. Check the box next to the "Private Project Download - View" permission.
5. Click the "Add Permissions" link.
