Description norbert2 2003-11-01 10:00:21 UTC
Please open the attached writer document.

There you can see a chart with three grouped legends (don't know the english
name) placed over it. Its impossible to move or edit them. I have to move the
chart to edit them. Another problem here is that these legens are not present in
the navigator.

just change the "Anordnung" (Arrange) of the chart to "Ganz nach
hinten" (send to back) and this of the grouped legends to "Ganz nach
vorn" (Bring to front) you can edit the group without moving the
charts. this is just an arrangement problem.

you have to move the chart once to make this arrangement.

set to invalid, because this is just a problem of object arrangement.
not a bug.

Comment 3 jack.warchold 2003-11-06 18:05:26 UTC
invalid -> closed
Comment 4 norbert2 2003-11-07 21:07:50 UTC
But this does not make sense! If I can see the object, I think it is
placed over the other one, so that I can edit/move it!!!

I hope we can find better solution for user to do that, instead of
confusing steps.

Can confirm this, set to new,
to have it off the untouched issues list.

A workaround for the time being:
Reduce the size of the chart so that the legends are outside the chart borders.
Now edit, and change chart size back to original.
Comment 8 jack.warchold 2004-02-09 14:08:03 UTC
set target to OOo later, just set as default, this the target could change
Comment 9 jack.warchold 2004-02-10 16:00:47 UTC
first i don't think this will be made to OOo 2.0 if it will be fixed.
second to edit the legends just select the whole chart type the tab key -> the
legend group is selected, rightclick on it and select group -> edit group, now the
members of the group are editable by doubleclicking on them.
Comment 10 jack.warchold 2004-02-11 11:39:41 UTC
