The link on page http://util.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectSource to WinCVS 
(http://www.cvsgui.org/download.html) has been broken. Most probably a link to 
http://www.wincvs.org/download.html is meant.

I've filed an internal issue for the engineering group to change the
content. I'll update this issue when the internal one has been completed.

The Problem seems to be fixed now

Steps followed

1. Opened link http://util.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectSource
2. Clicked on link to Wincvs how to guide
3. In that link Clicked on Download Wincvs

Result
Takes to Collab Net site where you can download Wincvs or any Cvs S/w
