Hello,

I have found 1 or 2 things that could make this program explode. The first one
is maybe, adding some type of Word Art. The next thing I would say is adding an
auto update to the program. Where you just have to click check for updates and
it updates you to the next version. Or maybe just update extensions. I haven't
looked around the site for any, but I know I don't wanna update by uninstalling
the whole program and reinstalling.

Thanks,
Nick

Hi icerz,

thanks for using and supporting OpenOffcie...

Please send only one problem per Issue, thanks...

WordArt: OpenOffice has a similar feature called fontwork.
You need to have a textdrawing object selected,
         then choose "Format" -> "Fontwork"

This is something I have thought would be very nice since I first started using
OOo. I changed some of the feilds to reflect better the real issue. The
componet also needs to be changed, but to what I'm not real sure.

I think this is a feature that would make OOo much more user freindly, largly
because it would make it so that a user could maintain a completly updated
version of OO with having to download a whole new copy of OOo, and they could
keep all their personel settings. I would think that this would take some work,
but many other programs support this kind of thing.
Another added benifet is that any "bugs" could be fixed without waiting for
a whole new release, people could see their problems fixed very quickly.
