As the ca (Catalan) project owner, I should have access to the webpage. 

And also as the Catalan l10n leader, should be nice to have access to all the
modules with translations so I could easily add or bugfix strings. I have no
intention to modify code myself. I will always submit patches via issuezilla, as
I have been done for more than two years.

I've filed an internal task for the operations group to add this key
to the server. I'll update this issue when the task has been completed
