Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 23309
.NET 2003 needs msvcp71 in external
Last modified: 2005-04-08 13:52:16 UTC
The external module should have a msvcp71 directory for .NET 2003 dlls. msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll.

Hmm, I just run into the problem that the msvc?71.dll were missing in my m55 install set. This is because this patch was never merged into the master.
Committed to vq03. Next try ;)
Works! Verified.
Has been forgotten to integrate again.
vq->mh: Please integrate external from vq03 into master.
RT->MH: Looks as if we have a more principal problem here. Volkers changes have not been integrated due to a collision of SO internal module 'external' with the OOo variant. Martin, AFAIR more than a year ago you promised to finally remove 'external' and put all components still needed into own modules or something like this. Is this still planned? In the meantime we can (and have to) join these changes from CWS vq03 manually into the master. I have no idea how to fix the underlying problem with the current CWS tooling.
mark as resolved (in m61)
mh: I do not see this fixed in m61. Have a look at http://util.openoffice.org/source/browse/util/external/msvcp71/ This directory was there only in vq02.
Yes, Pavel is right, but obviously I screwed up at that time. :( Create that directory in vq02 and patch d.lst in vq03 ?! But the missing external/msvcp71 lets the copy in configure fail. Can you please create that dir and merge external/msvcp71/README_msvcX71.dll from vq02 to SRC680?
OK, I took external/msvcp71 from CWS vq02 and checked it in HEAD. It is already tagged as SRC680_m61. May i mark it as fixed now or is there something more to do?
Looks OK, thanks! Verified in m61.
