in the leged for graphs, Hebrew colum titles are lost and replaced by "culum1"
"culum2" etc, which are pretty much meaningless.

Please see attached files:
* original MS excel
* resulting sxw

Notice that in all the graphs, Hebrew cilum titles have been replaced.

This problem is present with the Hebrew localized version as well.
