Windows 2003 + Mandrake 8.2:
edit -- find & replace -- context menu in "replace" -- insert special character:
the "font" combo is unavalble, not letting the user change the font used (which
has nothing to do with the actaul document).

IF the font happens to lack a glyph for a one of the speciacl characters, the
user is stock.
