Add an ability to place the „Main toolbar†horizontally/vertically.

SBA: It is there: When you hold the <Ctrl> Button and long-click in the grey
area between the icons, you can drag the toolbars elsewhere with the mouse,
either having them floating or dock them to a border of your choice. 
Please note that the list boxes (like for paragraph style format, font and font
size of the Writer object bar) are surpressed when the respective bar is docked
vertically (because they would either get cut or make the bar too wide).
