the output of "cvs co -c" is missing entries which are contained in CVSROOT/modules.

the commit template of "cvs commit <file>" is completly different from
CVSROOT/rcstemplate.

also the cvs performance has been reported to be twice as slow in the past two
days (beginning 2004/01/05).

I've filed an internal isue for the Operations group to investigate. I'll update
this issue shortly. Is this a problem across all projects?

After hearing back from Ops - we're not sure what you mean by this. 
What's the actual defect? That you're missing some entries? If so, which
entries? Can you provide us with the two templates to compare the differences?
What is the desired outcome of this issue?

please see issue 23188: rhino and beanshell are missing in the actual
configuration. they are in the CVSROOT/modules file, but are not in the actual
configuration of cvs (see "cvs co -c"). please apply the content of CVSROOT to
the cvs configuration.

the last changes from issue 23188 are still not active again in OOo cvs.

The ops group made a change and they believe they've fixed the problem,
reassigning to MH to confirm.

....<snip> rhino and beanshell now show up with 'cvs co -c'
