Description pratesi 2004-01-07 15:39:12 UTC
I have installed j2sdk-1_4_2_03-linux-i586.rpm on Mandrake 9.2.

Alas, when I have installed OOo 1.1.1a, JDK 1.4.2_03 has not been
detected automatically (see the attached screenshot), I have had
to find it "by hand" browsing the file system directories
(see the attached screenshot), whereas the setup automatically
detects j2sdk1.4.1_01.

The attached (really minor) patch seems to solve the problem
(it works for me).

I forgot to point out that the $JAVA_HOME environment variable
has to be unset (if it is set) to evidence the problem.

Comment 6 thorsten.ziehm 2004-01-08 11:38:10 UTC
The detection is needed for OOo1.1.1. SO I change the target.
